How often do I need to update my will package?

The answer to this question is different for everyone.  It really depends on what’s been going in your life.  Births, deaths, marriages, divorces, all significant life events can create a need to update these legal instruments.

The person you named as guardian for your children might not be your choice now.  Maybe your children are now adults and are more appropriate to have a power of attorney in case you cannot speak for yourself.
