What’s your procedure for creating my will package?

The e-Lawyer process is designed to make clients as comfortable as possible.

First you must register as a client and create a username and password.  You will then be able to access your online client file.  From there you can ask us questions and order the legal services you need.

You will then be sent a secure link by e-mail  to our interview portal which we use to gather the basic  information we need.  The interview is designed to gather the basics.  For the fine details we communicate with our clients either on the telephone or by e-mail.

Next we send you a plain English summary of our understanding of your intentions.  When you approve it, we send you the completed documents which are also available for download from your online client file.
